I had known Declan for a while and only heard great things about his teaching and so I asked him to teach my 12 year old Daughter who knew very little regarding her Guitar but wanted to learn. Ruby is very shy and I was not sure how she would adapt to a Zoom lesson in lock-down, however after her lesson each week she was full of enthusiasm and has enjoyed every aspect of her lessons and her improvement is beyond anything I could hope for. Declan has always gone out of all his way to help - even shopping for a new guitar for her in his own time to make sure we purchased a suitable guitar. He is very calm and patient with each child and adapts to each child capability and I have recommended him to many friends for their own children. I have found Declan to be kind, fun & professional in every lesson.

Declan is a fantastic musician, song writer, and person to work with. His knowledge of popular music and ability to adapt and work with musicians from all backgrounds is second to none. During our time together at BIMM, I not only learnt from his what it took to be a successful guitarist but what it meant to be a hardworking, personable and professional musician. I would not hesitate to recommend Dec and continue to be inspired by his work ethic and dedication.

Dec was not only fun to work with, but also professional. He gave me specific musical instructions, and also had great creative inputs when needed.
